Returns & Refunds

If something's not right with your order, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it and we'll sort it out. That's the Bare Dirt Co. promise.

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. We'll happily exchange or refund unused, unworn gloves returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you, and original postage isn't refundable. Items need to come back in the same condition they left us — still looking like a glove, not something you've been pulling weeds with.

Something wrong with the gloves? If there's a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we want to know about it. We'll make it right. Email us at carolyn@baredirtco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and refund your original postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and aren't limited to any set timeframe.

Outside 30 days? Get in touch anyway. We'll look at it case by case and do what's fair.
